Stephanie Tucker Muir is a founding member of MannTuckerMuir. Prior to opening her own firm (formerly SRTM) in November 2013, Stephanie was a partner with the law firm of Evans & Mullinix, P.A. Stephanie focuses her practice on family law issues such as divorce, determination of parentage, spousal support, child custody, child support and also assists individuals in post-decree modification matters.
Stephanie received her Juris Doctorate as well as her Bachelor’s of Science at the University of Kansas. She is a Kansas Family Law Trained Mediator, a member of the Johnson County Bar Association (Member, Family Law Small Section Committee), Barrister of the Johnson County Family Law Inn of Court, a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, Kansas Women’s Attorney Association, and Association of Women Lawyers.
MannTuckerMuir’s goal is to avoid trial because it is best for the parties involved. A large majority of Stephanie’s clients never see the inside of a courtroom. Stephanie fosters relationships with mental health professionals who are available for support should her clients need it. Stephanie prides herself on providing a complete range of services to her clients. She was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.
